Are you a field engineer, integrator or solutions provider seeking to expand your horizons? We invite you to join us as an independent Mangosat / NWNS Field Service Representative (FSR).
Mangosat / NWNS is committed to building and maintaining a professional global network of trusted Field Support Representatives.

Our requirements
We want our global field support organisation to be the best and most reliable in the world. Consequently, we require that the representatives of Mangosat and its customers possess the requisite soft and hard skills in addition to experience.
This is why we have a FSR selection process called ‘Know You FSR’ or KYF.
Why such a bureaucratic process?
Because Mangosat operates globally and on behalf of corporates and multinationals, we must be fully compliant with international rules and regulations relating to anti-money laundering (AML), countering financing of terrorism (CFT) and other relevant matters.
Mangosat has introduced preventive measures such as the ‘KYF’ for FSR identification and vetting. We believe FSR identification is the most critical aspect as it is the first step to a more effective selection process.
Mangosat may refuse to engage with a FSR or terminate a business relationship if the FSR fails to meet minimum KYC requirements.
Is my information confidential and safe?

Becoming a certified Mangosat Field Support Representative (FSR)
At Mangosat we are committed to providing prompt and accurate responses and quotations. Having your company information on file enables us to act swiftly without the need for constant communication. As a serious organisation supporting serious customers, we require comprehensive knowledge of your skills and experience.
The process is straightforward. Click the ‘Start Your Application’ button at the bottom of this page to direct you to a form that you will need to complete and return. This should take no more than 15-30 minutes of your time. Please note that only the fields marked * are mandatory.
Why this form and why so many questions?
We fully realise that this is an extensive questionnaire and not all questions may appear relevant. The detailed nature of the questions is a reflection of Mangosat’s response to requests for proposal from our globally operating and highly demanding clients.
A prompt and professional response will increase the likelihood of securing new business for our clients and consequently for Mangosat and you. Therefore, your company information is crucial.
Following the processing of the returned information, Mangosat will contact you to discuss the next phase including potential business and a Field Service Agreement.
FSR Self-certification
As Mangosat, we are committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and global standards. This includes compliance with all applicable sanction laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate.
In this regard, Mangosat endeavours to understand the extent of its partner and clients’ activities with certain sanctioned countries and listed sanctions regimes. Therefore, the purpose of this form is to ask questions which seek to best identify and understand the nature of any such exposure.
We understand this form may appear daunting but it is not intended to be so. It is however crucial that all potential risks are properly documented and audit-ready. We therefore greatly appreciate your cooperation and suggestions.

Mangosat facilitates and subsidises GVF training courses and certifications for its contracted FSRs.
GVF Training is the established global standard for satellite communications skills, covering operation, installation and maintenance of VSAT, marine, and mobile/SNG satellite terminals, in addition to general and specialised satcom theory.
As a Mangosat FSRs you will learn, practice, and are evaluated on your knowledge and skills with online, self-paced, interactive, simulator-driven training modules developed by SatProf, Inc.
Mangosat is one of the co-founders of the GVF training program back in the 90s.
